Ingredients

  • 2 Pounds Roma Tomatoes, Seeded and Diced

  • 1 Large Red Onion, Diced

  • 6 Cloves Garlic, Diced

  • 1/2 Cup Tony’s Creole-Style Italian Salad Dressing

  • 1 Cup Parmesan Cheese, Grated

  • 1 Tablespoon Fresh Basil, Chopped

  • Clear

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the tomatoes, onion, garlic and Tony’s Italian Dressing.
  3. Place on two large sheet pans and roast for 18-20 minutes.
  4. Combine tomato mixture with cheese and fresh basil.
  5. Serve on baguette toast and enjoy!
