It’s the perfect side to compliment just about any meal, with no salt but a ton of flavor. This Roasted Asparagus recipe by Kate Stuart is the perfect combination of sweet and tangy. Tony’s No Salt Seasoning Blend turns this roasted vegetable into a Creole treat that goes with any protein you serve.

Ingredients

  • 1 Bunch of Asparagus, Cleaned and with Ends Trimmed

  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil

  • 2 Teaspoons Tony’s No Salt Seasoning Blend

  • Clear

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Place asparagus on a rimmed baking sheet and toss with olive oil.
  3. Sprinkle with Tony’s No Salt Seasoning Blend, toss again to coat. Evenly arrange asparagus on baking sheet and place in oven.
  4. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until bright green, yet still firm. (Always err on the side of less cooking time, not more. You don’t want to overcook.)
