Ingredients

1 lb ground beef
-
12 oz smoked sausage
-
1 diced red bell pepper
-
6 green onions
-
3 stalks of celery diced
-
3 cups cooked rice
-
2 cups cheddar cheese
-
Tony Chachere’s No Salt Seasoning
-
1/4 cup paprika
-
soy sauce
-
sriracha
- Clear
Directions
- Cook white rice according to instructions on bag. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Brown ground beef with 1 tbs of Tony’s no salt seasoning. Drain and remove from skillet.
- In same skillet, brown sliced smoked sausage, diced red bell pepper, diced celery, and the white ends of the green onions. Season with 1 tbs of Tony’s no salt seasoning. Once done remove from heat.
- Add ground beef and rice to skillet. Add paprika and stir to combine.
- Add 1/2 cup of cheese to skillet and stir to combine. Top the rest of the skillet with remaining cheese.
- Bake for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
- Garnish with sliced green onion, soy sauce, and sriracha. Enjoy!
