‘Tis the season for all things pumpkin and this hummus recipe is no exception! Stay Snatched says it’s super easy to make, with staple ingredients and Tony’s, giving it a sweet and spicy taste to start out your holiday meal.

Pumpkin Hummus

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup Puréed Pumpkin

  • 15 Ounces Canned Chickpeas, Drained (or Garbanzo Beans)

  • 1 1/2 Tablespoons Olive Oil

  • 1 Teaspoon Tony’s Lite Creole Seasoning

  • 1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder

  • 1 Tablespoon Honey

  • Paprika for Garnish (Optional)

  • Clear

Directions

  1. Add all of the ingredients to a blender or food processor, except for the paprika which is for garnish.
  2. Blend until combined. If you want to thin out the hummus, you can add water. Start with a teaspoon and add more as needed.
  3. Serve and enjoy!
