2 Tablespoons Tony’s Original Creole Seasoning

5 Whole Sweet Potatoes, Peeled and Sliced into Fries

Directions
- Spray cookie sheet with cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, combine olive oils, seasoning and potatoes.
- Stir well to coat.
- Pour potatoes onto cookie sheet, spreading them into a single layer.
- Place sheet on the bottom rack of 400°F oven.
- Bake 40-45 minutes, turning potatoes every 6-8 minutes.
- Serve immediately.
