  • 2 1/4 Pounds Ground Beef

  • 2/3 Cup Onion, Diced

  • 1/2 Cup Ketchup

  • 1/2 Cup Breadcrumbs

  • 1/2 Cup Milk

  • 1/2 Cup Parmesan, Grated

  • 1 Teaspoon Tarragon, Finely Chopped

  • 1 Tablespoon Brown Sugar

  • 1 1/4 Tablespoons Tony’s Original Creole Seasoning

  • 1/2 Tablespoon Parsley, Finely Chopped

  • 1/2 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce

  • 2 Large Eggs

  • Clear


  1. Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl and store overnight in the refrigerator.
  2. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  3. Shape meat into a loaf shape and place on a parchment-lined sheet pan.
  4. Bake until internal temperature reaches 150°F.
  5. Allow to cool.
  6. Top with more ketchup and bake at 450°F.
  7. Slice and serve with mashed potatoes and your favorite sides.
