It’s the ultimate comfort food with a bit of a twist. Just combine all of the flavors of traditional meatloaf with a dash of spicy Cajun flavor!

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Bread Crumbs

  • 1/2 Cup Red Wine

  • 1 Pound Ground Beef

  • 1/2 Pound Ground Lean Pork

  • 3 Tablespoons Onions, Chopped

  • 3 Tablespoons Parsley, Minced

  • 3 Tablespoons Celery, Chopped

  • 3 Tablespoons Tony’s Original Creole Seasoning

  • 1 Bottle Ketchup (To Taste)

  • Clear

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, moisten bread crumbs thoroughly with red wine.
  2. Add all other ingredients to bread mixture.
  3. Mold into a loaf (kneading with fingers is best).
  4. Place in a greased loaf pan.
  5. Bake in a 325°F oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes, basting frequently.
  6. Do no allow to dry out.
  7. Add beef broth when needed.
  8. Remove from oven, turn onto platter and slice. Top with ketchup as desired.
