Ingredients

1 Cucumber, Thinly Sliced

1/2 Cup Sugar

1 Cup Water
-
1 Tablespoon Tony’s Spice N’ Herbs Seasoning
-
2 Ounces of Your Favorite White Spirit (Like Gin or Vodka)
-
1 Ounce Tony’s Cucumber Syrup
-
3/4 Ounces Fresh Lemon Juice
-
Club Soda
- Clear
Directions
Making the Tony’s Cucumber Syrup:
- Add cucumber, sugar, water and Tony’s Spice N’ Herbs Seasoning to a pan and bring to a slow simmer for about 20 minutes. Allow to cool, then fine strain into a glass jar.
Making the June Cooler:
- In a cocktail shaker with ice, add your desired white spirit, Tony’s Cucumber Syrup and fresh lemon juice. Shake cold for 10 seconds.
- Pour into a tall glass with fresh ice and garnish with Tony’s Spice N’ Herbs Seasoning on the rim, fresh mint, lemon or cucumbers.
- Sip and enjoy!
