Who doesn’t like cheese or beer, especially together? They’re even better when you add a Creole kick. Tony’s Hot Beer Cheese Dip by Kate Stuart is the perfect combination of hot cheesy goodness and beer, mixed with the sweet and citrus-like flavors of Tony’s No Salt Seasoning Blend. Grab soft pretzels, smoked sausage or anything else you like and dig in!

Ingredients

  • 16 Ounces Cream Cheese

  • 2 Cups Sharp Cheddar Cheese, Grated

  • 2 Cups Brick Cheese, Grated

  • 3 Garlic Cloves, Minced

  • 3 Teaspoons Tony’s No Salt Seasoning Blend

  • 8 Ounces of Your Favorite Beer

  • Soft Pretzels and/or Sliced Smoked Sausage

  • Clear

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. In a medium-size bowl, combine the cream cheese, shredded cheese, garlic and Tony’s No Salt Seasoning Blend.
  3. Pour beer into the same bowl and carefully stir until well blended. Dip will be on the thicker side.
  4. Spoon dip into a baking dish or cast-iron skillet. Bake uncovered for 15-20 minutes until bubbly and edges are golden brown.
  5. Serve this dip hot or at room temperature with soft pretzels and sliced sausages for dipping.
