Tony’s Hot Beer Cheese Dip by Kate Stuart is the perfect combination of hot cheesy goodness and beer, mixed with the sweet and citrus-like flavors of Tony’s No Salt Seasoning Blend. Grab soft pretzels, smoked sausage or anything else you like and dig in!
Ingredients

16 Ounces Cream Cheese
-
2 Cups Sharp Cheddar Cheese, Grated

2 Cups Brick Cheese, Grated

3 Garlic Cloves, Minced
-
3 Teaspoons Tony’s No Salt Seasoning Blend
-
8 Ounces of Your Favorite Beer
-
Soft Pretzels and/or Sliced Smoked Sausage
- Clear
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a medium-size bowl, combine the cream cheese, shredded cheese, garlic and Tony’s No Salt Seasoning Blend.
- Pour beer into the same bowl and carefully stir until well blended. Dip will be on the thicker side.
- Spoon dip into a baking dish or cast-iron skillet. Bake uncovered for 15-20 minutes until bubbly and edges are golden brown.
- Serve this dip hot or at room temperature with soft pretzels and sliced sausages for dipping.
