Ingredients

  • 1/4 Cup Olive Oil

  • 1 Tablespoon Tony’s Spice N’ Herbs Seasoning

  • 1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Powder

  • 4 Ears Corn

  • 2 Tablespoons Butter or Topping

  • Clear

Directions

  1. In bowl, mix together olive oil, Tony’s Spice N’ Herbs Seasoning and garlic powder.
  2. Clean the ears of corn, but leave the husks intact.
  3. Coat the corn in the olive oil mixture.
  4. Let the corn sit in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours to marinate, mixing every 30 minutes to ensure the corn is fully coated.
  5. Drain the extra olive oil off the corn.
  6. Place the corn on the grill on high heat for 10 minutes.
  7. Remove the corn from the grill and coat with butter and more Tony’s Spice N’ Herbs Seasoning, to taste, and enjoy!
