Green Power Mac & Cheese Spaghetti

Ingredients

  • 1 Pound of Pasta (Your Choice)

  • 2 Cups Spinach

  • 1 Cup Parsley

  • 1 Cup Frozen Cauliflower

  • 1/2 Cup Raw Cashews

  • 1/2 Cup Water

  • 1/3 Cup Nutritional Yeast

  • 3 Garlic Cloves

  • 1/4 Cup Avocado Oil

  • 1 Teaspoon Tony’s Lite Creole Seasoning

  • Clear

Directions

  1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil.
  2. Add pasta and cook according to the package.
  3. Drain and return to pot.
  4. In a blender, combine cashews, water, spinach, parsley, cauliflower, garlic, oil and Tony’s Lite Creole Seasoning and process until smooth.
  5. Add sauce to pot and toss to coat.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
