Ingredients

  • 3-6 chicken thighs

  • Garlic hot sauce

  • Cajun Honey Rub Spicy Garlicky

  • Tony Chachere’s Creole Jambalaya Rice Dinner Mix

  • 2 andouille sausages, sliced

  • 1 dozen shrimp

  • 2 cups water

  • Clear

Directions

  1. Add Jambalaya dinner mix, sausage, shrimp, and water to a pot and bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer for 25 min.
  2. Use the garlic hot sauce as a binder on the chicken thighs, then season with Cajun Honey Rub Spicy Garlicky.
  3. In an air fryer set to 390ºF, add your chicken and cook until the internal temperature reaches 170ºF. If you want crispy skin, cook for longer.
