This Creole Passion Rita by Acclaimed Houston Bartender Alba Huerta is full of Creole heat and the sweet and citrus flavors of passion fruit and lime.

Creole Passion Rita

Shop Tony's Flavors In This Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 Ounces Tequila

  • 1 Ounce of Passion Fruit Syrup

  • 3/4 Ounces Lime Juice

  • 1/4 Ounce Agave Nectar with Tony Chachere’s No Salt (Recipe Below)
  • Clear

Directions

Making the Agave Nectar with No Salt Seasoning:

  1. Combine 1 part agave nectar, 1 teaspoon of Tony’s No Salt Seasoning, and 1/2 part water.
  2. Shake until dissolved and store in refrigerator after use.

Making the Creole Passion Rita:

  1. Shake together all ingredients.
  2. Rim glass with Tony’s No Salt Seasoning.
  3. Pour into glass filled with ice and garnish as you wish.
