2 Cups Tony’s 30-minute Chicken Marinade
2 Cups Tony’s Honey Bacon & BBQ Marinade
1 Tbsp Chopped Fresh Parsley
1. Marinate the chicken wings in Tony’s Chicken Marinade for at least 30 minutes, or longer for a more intense flavor.
2. When you’re ready to cook, add buttermilk to the marinated chicken wings.
3. Heat oil to 350°F.
4. Generously coat each wing with Tony’s Crispy Fish Fry mixture, then shake off the excess.
5. Fry the wings for 8 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches at least 165°F, then remove them from the oil and set aside to drain and cool for about 1 minute. Note: cook the wings in batches to ensure they cook evenly.
6. In a saucepan on medium heat, combine Tony’s Honey Bacon & BBQ Marinade and 3 tablespoons butter. Allow to melt and combine. Then, remove from heat and add chopped parsley.
7. Pour the sauce over the fried wings and make sure they are fully coated. Enjoy!
