Ingredients

Tony Chachere’s Spice N Herbs Seasoning

2lbs ground beef
-
1 onion diced
-
1 jar roasted marinated bell pepper

43oz jar pasta sauce
-
16oz box spaghetti noodles
-
1 block Boursin cheese
-
1 cup cottage cheese
-
1 egg
-
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
-
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions
- Preheat the skillet to medium high heat and oven to 375 degrees F.
- Dice onion and bell pepper. Add to the skillet with ground beef. Season liberally with Tony Chachere’s spice and herb seasoning. Cook until browned. Drain grease.
- While beef cooks, boil water for pasta. Cook pasta until al dente. Add pasta sauce to the skillet and bring to a simmer.
- While pasta is cooking, combine the cheeses and egg in a bowl. Add about 1 tsp of more Tony Chachere’s spice and herb seasoning. Stir to combine.
- Once pasta is done, drain the water and add cheese mixture. Stir to combine.
- In a baking dish, add meat sauce to the bottom. Add pasta layer followed by the remaining meat sauce. Top with shredded cheese.
- Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove foil and bake for 10 more minutes. Enjoy!
