Ingredients

1lb ground chicken
-
2 eggs
-
1/2 cup parmesan
-
1 tbs minced garlic
-
1 cup of Alfredo Sauce (I made my own but feel free to use store bought)
-
shredded mozzarella
-
diced and browned bacon for topping
-
1 tbs Tony Chachere’s Spices & Herbs Seasoning
- Clear
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Combine chicken, eggs, Parmesan, garlic, and tonys seasoning into a bowl. Mix to combine.
- Pour chicken mixture onto an oiled pan or pizza stone. Press and form chicken until about 1/2” thick and in the shape of a pizza.
- Bake in oven for 30-40 minutes or until the top is slightly browned. Remove from oven.
- Top with Alfredo sauce, mozzarella cheese, and diced bacon.
- Return to oven and broil until cheese is melted to liking. Garnish with parsley if desired. Enjoy!
