Chicken Crust Bacon Alfredo Pizza

Ingredients

  • 1lb ground chicken

  • 2 eggs

  • 1/2 cup parmesan

  • 1 tbs minced garlic

  • 1 cup of Alfredo Sauce (I made my own but feel free to use store bought)

  • shredded mozzarella

  • diced and browned bacon for topping

  • 1 tbs Tony Chachere’s Spices & Herbs Seasoning

  • Clear

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Combine chicken, eggs, Parmesan, garlic, and tonys seasoning into a bowl. Mix to combine.
  3. Pour chicken mixture onto an oiled pan or pizza stone. Press and form chicken until about 1/2” thick and in the shape of a pizza.
  4. Bake in oven for 30-40 minutes or until the top is slightly browned. Remove from oven.
  5. Top with Alfredo sauce, mozzarella cheese, and diced bacon.
  6. Return to oven and broil until cheese is melted to liking. Garnish with parsley if desired. Enjoy!
