Ingredients

  • Thick cut bacon

  • Brown sugar

  • Ghost pepper hot honey @melindasfoods

  • Tony Chchere’s No Salt Creole Seasoning

  • Red Jalapeños

  • Clear

Directions

1. Lay bacon out on a wire rack

2. Add a layer of hot honey, brown sugar then Cajun seasoning

3. Flip and Repeat this process on the other side

4. Top with/ slices of red jalapeños

5. Place in a pre-heated smoker or oven at 300F for 30-40 mins until the bacon is crispy and starting to get a char around the edges

6. Let cool for 10 mins before removing from wire rack
