Ingredients

  • 1 Pound Medium Shrimp, Boiled and Chilled

  • 1/2 Cup Red Onion, Chopped

  • 1 Tablespoon Cilantro, Chopped

  • 1 Medium Avocado, Peeled and Diced

  • 1 Cup Tony’s Bloody Mary Mix

  • Lime Wedges, for Garnish

  • Clear

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, gently combine all ingredients.
  2. Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour. (If it will be longer, delay adding the avocado until ready to serve.)
  3. Serve in individual chilled martini glasses or a large martini glass for buffet service.
  4. Garnish with lime wedges.
