1/2 (48oz) btl. Tony’s Bloody Mary Mix

2 cups ketchup

3 Roma tomatoes diced

2 avocados diced
-
2 cucumbers seeded and diced

1 medium red onion diced
-
1/2 bunch cilantro chopped
-
1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
-
2 tbsp Tony’s Hot Sauce
-
1 pound large shrimp, peeled, de-veined and steamed

Lime, quartered
- Clear
Directions
- Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
- For a neat presentation serve in a martini glasses on a plate with tortilla chips.
- Chill and serve with limes and garnish with a few sprigs on cilantro.
