Directions

For the Hush Puppies

  1. Mix Tony’s 30-Minute Seafood Marinade with shrimp and allow to sit in the fridge for 30 minutes. Once marinated, mix all other ingredients until well combined, keeping lemon wedges aside for serving. Heat oil to 350ºF.
  2. Fry hush puppies in batches of 6-10 at a time depending on desired size (about Tbsp size drops usually) and fry for 4 full minutes after last puppy of the batch is dropped. Using a spyder or slotted metal spoon, remove hush puppies from oil and allow excess oil to drip on a plate with paper towels.
  3. Plate up with a squeeze of lemon juice over the top, and Vodka Mary Sauce for dipping! Enjoy!

Vodka Mary Sauce

  1. In a pan over medium high heat, stir garlic until aromatic being careful not to brown or stick to the pan.
  2. Mix all other ingredients into pan and allow sauce to simmer on low for 5 minutes. Remove from heat.

Bloody Mary

  1. In cup of choice, rim glass with a dash of Tonys Seafood Marinade and then Tonys Cajun Kick Seasoning. Drop ice into glass and give a couple splashes of Tonys Hot Pepper Sauce. Top with vodka of choice, and Tonys Bloody Mary Mix – finish off with a slice of lemon and celery stick to stir.
