This quick and easy recipe is a savory, delicious and unexpected take on a traditional biscuit. Serve them any way you like; you can even slice them in half and fill them with boudin or smother them in sausage gravy.

Ingredients

  • 4 Cups Biscuit Milk

  • 1 Cup Tony’s Bloody Mary Mix

  • 1 Cup Sour Cream

  • 1 Cup Cheddar Cheese, Shredded

  • 1 Stick Butter

  • Clear

Directions

  1. Melt 1/2 stick of butter on sheet pan.
  2. Combine Tony’s Bloody Mary Mix, sour cream and biscuit mix in a mixing bowl. Fold in cheddar cheese.
  3. Portion mixture into biscuit-sized dollops on sheet pan, as desired.
  4. Butter tops of biscuits with the remaining 1/2 stick of butter.
  5. Bake at 475°F for 10 minutes or until golden-brown.
