1 rack of baby back pork ribs

1 pack of medium to thick cut bacon

Tony Chachere’s Honey Bacon & BBQ Marinade
-
Tony’s No Salt Seasoning
-
BBQ sauce
- Clear
Directions
- Individually cut ribs
- Add to a bowl with/ marinade, then into the fridge for 1hr
- Pat dry and season
- Smoke at 250F for about 1 1/2 hrs or until an internal temp of 200F
- Baste them with BBQ sauce for the last 5 min
