  • 1/2 Cup White Onions, Diced

  • 3 Slices Bacon, Cooked and Crumbled

  • 1/2 Cup Green Peppers, Chopped

  • 2 Cloves Garlic, Minced

  • 1/3 Cup Celery, Diced

Directions

  1. Combine the sweet potato chunks, onions, celery, green peppers and garlic in a large bowl.
  2. Drizzle the olive oil throughout and sprinkle the Tony’s Lite Creole Seasoning and paprika. Stir and mix well to combine.
  3. Add the sweet potato mix to the air fryer basket. Do not overcrowd the basket. Cook in batches if needed.
  4. Air fry for 10 minutes on 400°F.
  5. Open the air fryer and shake the basket. Air fry for an additional 2-7 minutes until the sweet potatoes are crisp on the outside and tender to touch when pierced with a fork.
  6. Sprinkle the crumbled bacon and dried chives throughout.

NOTES:

Every air fryer will cook at varying temperatures and speeds. Be sure to watch your results closely for optimal cook time.

The cook time noted results in lightly crisped potatoes with a soft interior. Cook the potatoes longer if you like them really crisp.
