Tony's Old Fashioned Creole Corn Bread

These a great served from muffin tins because it is the perfect portion and friends and family will always come back for more of Tonys OldFashioned Creole Corn Bread!
Prep time: 10 minutes   Cooking time: 30 minutes   Serves: 8  

INGREDIENTS:

2 cup Corn Meal
1 cup AllPurpose Flour
1 cup Sour Cream
3 tablespoon Baking Powder
1/2 cup Sugar
2 Whole Eggs
1 cup Corn (Creamstyle)
1 1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/2 cup Bacon Drippings
1 cup Milk

DIRECTIONS:

1: In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together, except milk; stir until well blended.
2: Add enough milk to make the mixture pour easily.
3: Spoon into greased muffin tins or baking pan.
4: Bake at 400 degrees oven for 20 to 30 minutes or until golden brown.
