Tony's Killer Fudge

Tonys Killer Fudge is a delicious mix of semisweet chocolate, German chocolate, pecans, and marshmallow. This recipe yields 5 12 pounds of amazing candy!
Prep time: 30 minutes   Cooking time: 120 minutes   Serves: 60   


4 1/2 cup Sugar
1 pinch Salt
2 tablespoon Butter
1 can Evaporated Milk
12 ounce Semi Sweet Chocolate Bits
4 ounce German Sweet Baking Chocolate
7 ounce Marshmallow Creme
2 cup Pecans (Chopped)


1: In a medium saucepan, mix sugar, salt, butter, and milk.
2: Heat until it reaches a boil then allow it to boil for 6 minutes.
3: In a large bowl, combine the chocolate bits, broken up chocolate bars, and the marshmallow creme.
4: Pour the boiling syrup over these ingredients and beat or stir until chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth.
5: Stir in nuts and pour into a 12 x 8 x 2 inch pan coated with cooking spray.
6: Let stand a few hours before cutting in squares.
7: Store in container with tightfitting lid.
