Tony's Frittata

INGREDIENTS:

6 Eggs
2 Tablespoons Half-and-Half (Can Substitute Cream or Milk)
4-Ounce Container Crumbled Feta Cheese
2 Teaspoons Tony Chachere's® No Salt Seasoning Blend
1/2 Cup Grape Tomatoes, Halved
1/2 Cup Cooked Asparagus, Cut into One-Inch Pieces
1 Tablespoon Butter or Ghee

DIRECTIONS:

1: Turn on broiler to high.
2: Whisk together the eggs and half-and-half. Stir in the feta cheese.
3: Heat a 10-inch cast iron pan or skillet over medium low and melt butter.
4: Pour egg mixture into pan. Cook 3-4 minutes, until eggs are set on the bottom and edges start to pull away from the pan.
5: Carefully place the pan under the broiler for 3-4 minutes. The frittata should be puffy and just beginning to brown.
6: Remove the pan from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.
