Ingredients

  • 6 Eggs

  • 2 Tablespoons Half-and-Half (Can Substitute with Cream or Milk)

  • 1 Container (4 Ounces) Feta Cheese, Crumbled

  • 2 Teaspoons Tony’s No Salt Seasoning Blend

  • 1/2 Cup Grape Tomatoes, Halved

  • 1/2 Cup Cooked Asparagus, Cut Into One-Inch Pieces

  • 1 Tablespoon Butter or Ghee

  • Clear

Directions

  1. Turn broiler to high.
  2. Whisk together the eggs and half-and-half. Stir in the feta cheese.
  3. Heat a 10-inch cast iron pan or skillet over medium-low heat and melt butter.
  4. Pour egg mixture into pan. Cook 3-4 minutes. The frittata should be puffy and just beginning to brown.
  5. Remove the pan from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.
