Ingredients

5 Cups Self-rising Flour

1 Teaspoon Baking Soda

1/3 Cup Sugar

1/2 Cup Oil

1/2 Ounce Yeast

2 Cups Buttermilk
- Clear
Directions
- In a large bowl, sift flour, baking soda and sugar together.
- Add oil and blend.
- Dissolve yeast in a cup of warm water and add with the buttermilk to mixture. Mix well.
- Place on floured cutting board, cut into biscuits and place on greased baking sheets.
- Bake in 400°F oven until brown.
