Tony's Baked Picnic Ham

This simple and delicious baked ham is excellent for a nice evening or a busy day. The pinneapple juice, mustard and brown sugar mixture makes the perfect glaze for this baked ham.
Prep time: 120 minutes   Cooking time: 30 minutes   Serves: 15  


8 Lb. Ham
1 Tbsp. Whole Cloves
1 Can Pineapple
1 Tbsp. Yellow Mustard
1/2 Lb. Brown Sugar
1 Can Jarred Cherries


1: Have butcher debone ham and tie.
2: Boil ham in water to cover 1 hour.
3: Remove skin and slice.
4: Score with diamondshape cuts.
5: Stud with whole cloves.
6: Place ham in open pan and bake in a 350 degrees oven for 1 hour.
7: In saucepan, make a glaze with a mixture of pineapple juice, mustard, and brown sugar.
8: Cook slowly until thick.
9: After cooking ham, spoon glaze over ham evenly, then cover with crushed pineapple and decorate with cherries.
10: Cook for an additional 30 minutes. Slice and serve.
