Roasted Asparagus

It's the perfect side to compliment just about any meal, with no salt, but a ton of flavor. We're talking about Tony's Roasted Asparagus. With the perfect combination of sweet and tangy, Tony Chachere's No Salt Seasoning Blend turns this roasted vegetable into a Creole treat that goes with any protein you serve.
Prep time: 5 minutes   Cooking time: 8-10 minutes   Serves: 4-6  


1 Bunch of Asparagus, Cleaned and with Ends Trimmed
1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
2 Teaspoons Tony Chachere's No Salt Seasoning Blend


1: Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
2: Place asparagus on a rimmed baking sheet and toss with olive oil.
3: Sprinkle with Tony Chachere's No Salt Seasoning Blend, toss again to coat. Evenly arrange asparagus on baking sheet and place in oven.
4: Bake for 8-10 minutes or until bright green, yet still firm.
(Always err on the side of less cooking time, not more. You don't want to overcook!)
