Praline Cheesecake

This cheesecake has all the taste of a traditional one but with a touch of something extra. Served with a graham cracker crust, praline cheesecake is drizzled with melted caramel and topped with chopped pecans. Perfect with a hot cup of coffee!
Prep time: 30 minutes   Cooking time: 75 minutes   Serves: 12  

INGREDIENTS:

Cake:
1/4 Cup Margarine, Melted
1 Cup Pecans, Chopped
2 Cups Graham Cracker Crumbs
1/2 Cup Sugar
8 Oz. Cream Cheese
1 Cup Brown Sugar
1 Tbsp. All-Purpose Flour
1 Tsp. Vanilla Extract
4 Tbsp. Milk
3 Whole Eggs

Caramel Sauce and Garnish:
2 Dozen Caramel Candies
1 Tbsp. Margarine
1/4 Cup Chopped Pecans 

DIRECTIONS:

1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. 
2: In a bowl, mix together margarine, pecans, 1 cup graham cracker crumbs, 1 cup sugar and 1/4 cup brown sugar.
3: Press mixture evenly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan and about 1 inch up on the sides. 
4: Place pan on a baking sheet.
5: In a large bowl, mix together cream cheese, 1 cup sugar and 1/4 cup brown sugar using a hand mixer until smooth.
6: Add flour, vanilla, milk, and eggs to the bowl.
7: Beat again until smooth but do not overmix.
8: Pour into unbaked crust and bake for 40 minutes.
9: Cool on wire rack for 5 minutes, then loosen the sides of the pan.
10: Continue to cool for 30 minutes.
11: Resnap the sides of the pan and chill for at least 6 hours.
12: Prior to serving, melt caramels and 1 tablespoon margarine in a double boiler.
13: Stir continuously until smooth.
14: Release and remove the sides of the springform pan and place cake on platter.
15: Drizzle caramel sauce over cake and garnish with pecans.
