Louisiana Meatloaf

Combine all of the flavor of traditional meatloaf with a dash of spicy Cajun flavor!
Prep time: 20 minutes   Cooking time: 75 minutes   Serves: 8  

INGREDIENTS:

1 Cup Bread Crumbs
1/2 Cup Red Wine
1 Lb. Ground Beef
1/2 Lb. Ground Lean Pork
3 Tbsp. Chopped Onions
3 Tbsp. Minced Parsley
3 Tbsp. Chopped Celery
3 Tbsp. Tony Chachere's Original Creole Seasoning
1 Bottle Ketchup 

DIRECTIONS:

1: In a large bowl, moisten bread crumbs thoroughly with red wine.
2: Add all other ingredients to bread mixture.
3: Mold into a loaf (kneading with fingers is best).
4: Place in a greased loaf pan.
5: Bake in oven (325 degrees) for 1 hour and 15 minutes, basting frequently.
6: Do not allow to dry out.
7: Add beef broth when needed.
8: Remove from oven, turn onto platter and slice. Top with ketchup as desired.
