A light and crunchy dish for breakfast. Great with bananas, strawberries, or blueberries!
Prep time: 10 minutes   Cooking time: 15 minutes   Serves: 12  

INGREDIENTS:

2 cup Cornmeal
1 teaspoon Baking Powder
1 teaspoon Salt
1 cup Milk
1/2 cup Margarine

DIRECTIONS:

1: In a bowl, mix thoroughly corn meal, baking powder, salt, and milk.
2: In a heavy skillet, heat pan drippings and add corn meal mixture.
3: Stir.
4: Lower heat; cover and cook for 15 minutes, stirring often.
5: When a crust is formed on the bottom, stir and serve in cereal bowls and cover with milk.
