No timeouts allowed with this wing recipe that doubles down on the heat using Tony Chachere’s Bold Seasoning and a unique ingredient for an unforgettable flavor combination! If crying tears of heat-joy aren’t part of your playbook, tone down the heat by using our Original Creole Seasoning in place of the Bold variety.

15 Chicken Wings
1/2 Cup Tony Chachere's Bold Seasoning
1 Cup Brown Sugar
1 Tbsp. Non-stick Cooking Spray


1: Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
2: Mix Brown Sugar and Tony Chachere's Bold Seasoning.
3: Coat chicken wings liberally with sugar/seasoning mixture.
4: Line a sheet pan with aluminium foil & spray with non-stick spray.
5: Bake for 35 minutes or until internal temperature is 165o.
