Bloody Mary Biscuits

This quick and easy recipe is a savory, delicious, and unexpected take on a traditional biscuit, appropriate for any time of day. We sliced some of ours in half and filled them with boudin and smothered some in sausage gravy, but feel free to serve them any way you like!
Prep time: 5 minutes   Cooking time: 10 minutes   Serves: 6  


4 cups biscuit mix
1 cup Tony Chachere's Bloody Mary Mix
1 cup sour cream
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 stick butter


1: Melt 1/2 stick of butter in sheet pan.
2: Combine Bloody Mary Mix, sour cream, and biscuit mix in mixing bowl. Fold in cheddar cheese.
3: Portion mixture into biscuit-sized dollops on sheet pan, as desired.
4: Butter tops of biscuits with the remaining 1/2 stick of butter.
5: Bake at 475 degrees for 10 minutes, or until golden-brown.
