1/2 Cup Tomato, Finely Diced

1/2 Cup Cheddar Cheese, Grated

6 Strips Bacon, Partially Cooked and Diced

1 Tablespoon Mustard

1/3 Cup Tony’s Creole-Style French Salad Dressing

Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients.
- Form 12 mini meatloaves and place in a nonstick sprayed cupcake pan.
- Top each with Tony’s French Dressing.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F.
