Ingredients

  • 4 pork chops

  • Tony Chachere’s 30-Minute Pourable Pork Marinade

  • 1 pack of bacon

  • Filipino Longanisa sausage

  • Tony Chachere’s No Salt Seasoning

  • Clear

Directions

  1. Split pork chops in halves then flatten out.
  2. Place in a bowl and cover with marinade and let marinate for 30min.
  3. Add to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper place pork chops, bacon, longanisa and the pork chops.
  4. Place in the freezer for 30-45 min.
  5. Cut into cubes then skewer and cook over coals.
  6. When almost done baste with your favorite BBQ sauce.
