Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef

  • 12 oz smoked sausage

  • 1 diced red bell pepper

  • 6 green onions

  • 3 stalks of celery diced

  • 3 cups cooked rice

  • 2 cups cheddar cheese

  • Tony Chachere’s No Salt Seasoning

  • 1/4 cup paprika

  • soy sauce

  • sriracha

  • Clear

Directions

  1. Cook white rice according to instructions on bag. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. 
  2. Brown ground beef with 1 tbs of Tony’s no salt seasoning. Drain and remove from skillet. 
  3. In same skillet, brown sliced smoked sausage, diced red bell pepper, diced celery, and the white ends of the green onions. Season with 1 tbs of Tony’s no salt seasoning. Once done remove from heat. 
  4. Add ground beef and rice to skillet. Add paprika and stir to combine. 
  5. Add 1/2 cup of cheese to skillet and stir to combine. Top the rest of the skillet with remaining cheese. 
  6. Bake for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted. 
  7. Garnish with sliced green onion, soy sauce, and sriracha. Enjoy!
