Cream of Crab Soup

This is such a creamy and delicious soup you can't help but want seconds. The Tony's seasoning along with the onions and parsley give it great flavor! If you like crab meat, you will love crab meat soup!
Prep time: 10 minutes   Cooking time: 20 minutes   Serves: 6  


1/4 cup Chopped Onions
1/4 cup Margarine
3 tablespoon AllPurpose Flour
1 quart Milk
1 can Chicken Broth
1 pound Lump Crab Meat
2 tablespoon Tony Chacheres Original Creole Seasoning
1 dash Parsley


1: In a saucepan, saute' onions in margarine until transplant.
2: Blend in flour.
3: Add milk and broth gradually.
4: Cool until thick, stirring constantly.
5: Add crab meat and Tony Chachere's Original Creole Seasoning; heat.
6: Ladle into bowls and sprinkle with parsley.
