  • 1 Pound Hanger Steak

  • Tony’s BOLD Creole Seasoning

  • 1 Cup Broccoli Florets

  • 2 1/2 Teaspoons Garlic, Thinly Sliced

  • 1/4 Cup Yellow Onions, Thinly Sliced

  • 3/8 Cup Cremini Mushrooms, Sliced

  • Tony’s BOLD Creole Seasoning

  • 1/4 Cup Water

  • Grapeseed Oil

  • Clear


For the Hanger Steak:

  1. Generously season hanger steak with Tony’s BOLD Seasoning and allow to sit for 20-30 minutes.
  2. Grill steak over charcoal for 30-35 minutes at 300°-325°F. (Internal temperature should be at 130°F.)
  3. Allow steak to rest for 20 minutes before slicing.

For the Broccoli & Mushrooms:

  1. Heat a large cast iron skillet with a shallow amount of oil. Heat until smokey.
  2. Add onions. Stir and add in garlic. Cook for 30 seconds and add in broccoli.
  3. Season with Tony’s BOLD Creole Seasoning and continue to stir on high heat.
  4. Add in a 1/4 cup of water and continue cooking on high heat until water is gone.
  5. Serve with slices of hanger steak.
