Ingredients

  • Rotisserie chicken (picked and shredded)

  • Box Tony Chachere’s Creole Alfredo Mix

  • Pre-made can of pizza dough (unbaked)

  • 6oz mozzarella cheese (sliced)

  • 2oz parmesan cheese (grated)

  • 1 tsp Tony Chachere’s No Salt Seasoning

  • Chives for garnish

  • Clear

Directions

  1. In a saucepan, make the alfredo sauce by following package directions. Remove fromheat and allow it to cool.
  2. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
  3. Lay out the pizza dough onto a nonstick baking pan. Prebake the dough for 6 minutes.
  4. Pour 1⁄3 c of the alfredo sauce onto the pizza dough and spread it evenly stopping about 1⁄2 inch from the edges.
  5. Layer the chicken and cheese onto the pizza and sprinkle with Tony Chachere’s No SaltSeasoning.
  6. Place back in the oven for 10-12 minutes or until the cheese is golden brown and remove to cool.
  7. Garnish with chives and enjoy!
