Cajun Chili

Tony's twist on southern style chili. Made with ground meat, tomatoes, seasonings and of course Tony's Chachere's Original Creole Seasoning. Goes great with a side of crackers and cheese.
Prep time: 15 minutes   Cooking time: 30 minutes   Serves: 4  

INGREDIENTS:

3 pound Beef (Ground)
1 Whole Chopped Onions
1 can Rotel Tomatoes
2 tablespoon Cumin
2 Whole Garlic (minced)
2 tablespoon Tony Chacheres Original Creole Seasoning
2 tablespoon Chili Powder
3 tablespoon Corn Starch

DIRECTIONS:

1: In a Dutch oven, brown meat with onions.
2: Pour off fat.
3: Add next 3 ingredients, and simmer 30 minutes.
4: Add chili powder and Tony Chachere's Original Creole Seasoning.
5: Adjust seasoning.
6: Add masa to thicken.
