Quick Shrimp Paella is made with 1 (7 oz.) box Tony Chachere's Yellow Rice and is ready in 30 minutes.

Ingredients:
1/2 Whole Medium Onion, Chopped
1/4 pound Smoked Sausage, Sliced
1 cup Petite Cut Tomatoes
1 can Sliced Ripe Olives
1 pound Medium Shrimp, Peeled and Deveined
2 tablespoon Butter or Margarine
7 ounce Tony Chacheres Yellow Rice
2 cup Water or Low Sodium Stock
1/4 pound Smoked Sausage, Sliced
1 cup Petite Cut Tomatoes
1 can Sliced Ripe Olives
1 pound Medium Shrimp, Peeled and Deveined
2 tablespoon Butter or Margarine
7 ounce Tony Chacheres Yellow Rice
2 cup Water or Low Sodium Stock
Directions:
1: In a large skillet brown onion
2: Add sausage and tomatoes
3: Cook until liquid is evaporated
4: Add olives, shrimp and butter
5: When butter is melted, add contents of package and coat well in butter mixture
6: Add liquid and bring to a simmer
7: Cover and cook for 25 minutes, stirring occasionally
8: Remove from heat and allow to sit 5 minutes before serving
9: Gently fluff rice with a fork
10: Serve immediately
