Grilled Snapper

This is such a light and delicious grilled snapper recipe.; The vegetables are cooked in a saucepan first to really seal in all the flavor for the snapper. The sauce is poured over the snapper and placed on the grill. Great served with red potatoes.

Ingredients:
1 Whole Red Snapper
2 tablespoon Tony Chacheres Original Creole Seasoning
4 tablespoon Margarine
2 slice Lemon
1 teaspoon Hot Pepper Sauce
3 tablespoon Chopped Onions
1 tablespoon Chopped Bell Pepper
2 tablespoon Minced Parsley
2 tablespoon Tony Chacheres Original Creole Seasoning
4 tablespoon Margarine

Directions:
1: Melt margarine in a saucepan.
2: Add all ingredients except fish; stir well to mix.
3: Place snapper on a sheet of heavy foil and pour sauce over fish.
4: Place snapper on a sheet of heavy foil and pour sauce over fish.
5: Place on a grill with a hood, if possible.
6: Turn every 10 minutes, being careful not to tear the foil.
7: Cook for 30 minutes.
8: Open foil, drain and reserve liquid.
9: Cook under 10 minutes, basting with the liquid.
