Deep Fried Turkey made with both Tony Chachere's Marinade and Tony Chachere's Creole Seasoning.
Deep fry whole turkey in 3-4 gallons of oil at 325F for 3 minutes per pound.
1 Whole Turkey
1 can Tony Chacheres Injectable Marinade
1 dash Tony Chacheres Original Creole Seasoning
1: Inject turkey turkey with a full injector of marinade in each breast and thigh
2: Use of an injector of marinade drumstick
3: While injecting, take special care to rotate the needle in different directions
4: Sprinkle the outside of turkey with Tony Chachere's Creole Seasoning
5: Deep Fry: Be sure to drain all liquid from cavity before frying
6: Deep fry whole turkey in 3-4 gallons of oil at 325oF for 3 minutes per pound
