Easy, No-Cook Spicy Shrimp Pasta Salad
This easy, no-cook meal is sure to please. The spicy shrimp pasta salad is a perfect cold dish for a hot day. Make with rotini or your favorite pasta in minutes, ahead of time. Just prep, chill, and serve!

Ingredients
  • 1 (12 oz.) package rotini pasta, cooked & drained
  • ½ red onion, sliced thinly
  • 1 (2.25 oz.) can sliced black olives, drained
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 lb. cooked salad shrimp
  • 3 oz. crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 cup Tony Chachere’s Butter & Jalapeno Marinade
 
Preparation
In a large salad bowl, toss all ingredients together. Cover and refrigerate over night.

If you're looking for a dish to bring to the next cookout, these beans are quick to whip up and they travel well. Perfect for a small gathering, and can easily be doubled for a large one.

Ingredients
Preparation
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a skillet, cook bacon. Reserve half the drippings.
  3. Saute vegetables in the bacon drippings.
  4. In a casserole dish add all ingredients, including sauted vegetable blend.
  5. Cover and bake for 35 minutes or until bubbly.
