Ordering By Mail:  Complete all pertinent information on the order form. Payment may be made by check, major credit card, or money order. When using a credit card, please include the complete account number and expiration date, and sign the form where indicated.

Ordering By Phone:  For credit card purchases, the fastest method is to call toll-free 1-800-551-9066.  Please have your order, credit card and shipping address ready when you call.

Delivery of Regular Items:  You can expect shipment of regular merchandise within 7-10 working days. Deliveries are generally shipped via UPS (except where not available). Orders from outside the U.S. must be made by credit card only. We use the U.S. Postal Service for shipments to P.O. Boxes and addresses outside the continental U.S. To avoid delays, call 1-800-551-9066 for assistance in determining shipping and handling charges. Overnight delivery is also available upon request. Please call for these rates. Sorry, no C.O.D. shipping.

 Holiday Shipping Policies
 
UPS: The guarantee does not apply to UPS Ground shipments or UPS Standard to Canada shipments that are picked up or scheduled to deliver during the period December 1 through December 31.
 
UPS: the guarantee does not apply to Air Services shipments that are picked up in the US and PR on the three calender days before December 25.  In addition, the delivery commitment time for on-schedule delivery for all Air Services and International Services shipments delivered within the US and PR will be extended by 90 minutes on the day after Thanksgiving Day, during the seven calendar days before December 25, and on December 26 and New Year's Eve.
